Hollyann Jenkins, of Washington, was crowned Ms. Warren County Fair on Monday, Aug. 2. Judged on beauty, poise, personality, and overall appearance, she received a perfect score in each category. In addition to modeling and judging pageants, Ms. Jenkins offers consultant services for girls who wish to perfect their pageant routines. In September, she will be competing in an international pageant.
