onto Route 659 from a private driveway just north of Route 628 and into the path of a 1999 Honda being driven by Penny D. Atkins, also of Flint Hill.
There were no injuries. Damage to the Honda was estimated at $2500, and damage to Sealock’s 1989 Ford pickup was estimated at $200. Sealock has been charged with failure to yield right of way.
Shortly after 7 p.m. that same evening, a 17 year-old suffered minor injuries in a one car accident. His 1998 Ford was totaled when it ran off of U.S. 522 just south of Route 729, hit a road sign, went back across the road and struck a tree. The driver has been charged with reckless driving.
Susan M. Danewitz of Castleton suffered minor injuries in a one car accident on Route 626, just east of | Route 616, before 7 a.m. on 1 Aug. 5. Ms. Danewitz lost control of her 1986 Mazda, went of the road and struck a fence. Damage to her vehicle was i estimated at $2000. Ms. Danewitz has been charged with reckless driving.
