Congratulations to Hollyann Jenkins of Gid Brown Hollow for winning the Ms. Warren County Fair Queen on Monday, Aug. 2. In September, she will be competing in an international pageant.
School will begin on Monday, Aug. 30 and children are busy getting everything on their supply list and for the most part are looking forward to the beginning of another school year.
A summer sculpture workshop taught by Charles Flickinger will be held at Oldway Art Center, behind Glassworks Gallery Aug. 1315 from 11:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. For more information call 987-8718.
