Another suspicious person was reported in the 400 block of Hackley’s Mill Road in Amissville on Aug. 7. Someone on a four-wheeler trespassed onto the property, where a home is under construction, during the afternoon. Later in the evening, around sunset, another vehicle showed up and immediately left.
