On Nov. 5, 2001 the Board
of Supervisors will hold a public meeting on the Sprint application for proposed cell towers/silos in Rappahannock County. The citizens of Rappahannock County need to be better informed about this application and it is my belief that all possibilities need to be explored.
If I upset some people at the last Planning Commission hearing on the Sprint application with my “emotional” appeal, I apologize. However, I am not sorry for what I said
