son. Have fun girls! The U-12 Green Dragons played at RCHS against a team from Orange. With the assistance from all team players, Dean Hogan scored a goal early on, as did Joey Wenke after the half. However, the Orange team prevailed with a score of Orange 4 - Dragons 2. The U-14 RIOT met Coach Laub’s Madison team at home for another match between the two teams. Coaches Pendleton and Laub have met many times over the seasons and it always is almost to close to call. This time Madison was psyched to win and RIOT was not. RIOT members were unnerved with line up changes due to missing players, and despite Coaches Pendleton and Gillis’ encouragement, RIOT was not at their form. The first half had Madison taking shots at will at the net and kept RIOT defense scrambling. RIOT couldn’t pull themselves together to mount an offense. The second half was much better for the home team as the coaches got them back on track at half time. Despite the midfield efforts of Samantha Harlow And Paige Lysaght, RIOT was unable to get and keep Madison in check.
