On Oct. 5 John Schultz of Washington and Howard Ziemer of Amissville participated in a wreath laying ceremony dedicated to the 53 former naval enlisted pilots who passed away this past year. Mr. Ziemer was the Master of Ceremonies.
A fraternal organization of former naval enlisted pilots, the Silver Eagles Association (SEA), conducted the ceremony. They belong to the Washington, D.C. Wing of SEA that hosted the three day national reunion in Arlington.
