success. The children had a great time playing musical, chairs; pass the pumpkin, beanbag toss, and hitting candy filled pinata's. The refreshments were plenty and the costumes were great.
The Amissville United Methodist Church had their Harvest Party on Friday. The kids had a haunted hayride, and lots of great games. Rev. Kay had a black cat that meowed like someone was pulling its tail. There was a ton of candy and refreshments. Everyone had a wonderful time.
The Amissville United Methodist Women will hold its annual Christmas Bazaar and Bake Sale on Saturday Nov. 10 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be craft items, handmade Christmas ornaments, children’s items, White Elephant table, napkins, baked goods, fresh pecans and bird feeder accessories. .
