Pumpkin Pie 1/2 cup self rising flour 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1/2 stick melted margarine 2 cups pumpkin 1 1/2 cups milk 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice Bake in nine inch pie pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Roasted Pumpkin Seeds 2 cups pumpkin seeds 2 tablespoon melted butter or oil 1 teaspoon salt Wash the seeds well, stir with oil in bowl. Spread out to single layer on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with salt on top if desired. Bake at 250 degrees until slightly brown. I recently received this via e-mail.
