Attention Former Clients of the Rappahannock-RapIdan Community Services Board (RRCSB) Including the Family Guidance Services of Culpeper, Fauquier, Madison, Orange, and Rappahannock.
RRCSB intends to destroy clinical records of former clients who have not received services from RRCSB in the past ten years (specifically, cases which closed between January 1988 and December 1990).
