Linda Jenkins, daughter of Khoa Jenkins of Sperryville and the late Charles W. Jenkins has been named one of 15 Hollins Scholars in the sophomore class at Hollins College in Roanoke. Miss Jenkins is a graduate of Rappahannock County High School.
