In execution of a Deed of Trust dated December 14, 1995, recorded in Deed Book 219 at Page 523 in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will, on Fnday. October 25, 2002, at 1:00 p.m., at the front doors of the courthouse of the County of Rappahannock, Gay Street, Washington, VA 22747, offer for sale at public to the highest bidder all of the right title and interest of Albert Wayne Gatewood in and to the following property with improvements thereon:
10.3292 acres, more or less, lying on the
east side of Virginia secondary Route 622.
being the residue of a certain tract of
land containing 17.6268 acres, more or
less, shown on a plat and survey by Rosa
& France, Ltd., dated November 21,1972,
and recorded in Deed Book 106, page 36;
less and excepting therefrom a certain
tract of land containing 7.2976 acres,
more or less, described according to dead
recorded in Deed Book 118, page 688,
and having a street address of 20
Covington Lane, Washington, Virginia.
Conveyance shall be with special warranty and shall be subject to all recorded and unrecorded liens, encumbrances, conditions, restrictions, leases and mechanics' and materialmen's liens, to the extent any of the foregoing may lawfully apply to the interest of the said Albert Wayne Gatewood in the Property being sold and take priority over the lien and security interest of the deed of trust being
foreclosed in this sale. The foregoing shall not preclude the purchaser from acquiring the above described interest in the Property subject to such matters subordinate to the lien and security interest of such deed of trust or electing to have any subordinate matters extinguished by the foreclosure sale, in either case as the purchaser may elect and as may be permitted by law.
