Elizabeth and Bill Welch attended the Cadet Brownies and Juniors lock-in at the Washington Fire Hall on Saturday night.
The community breakfast which is normally held at the fire hall on the third Saturday will not be held for the month of October.
The Flint Hill Baptist Church has worship service on second, fourth, and fifth Sunday at 11 a.m. The public is welcome.
The Flint Hill United Methodist Church has worship service each Sunday at 8:45 a.m. The pastor, the Rev. Merlin Shorb invites the public.
