programs slated
The Rappahannock-Rapidan Community Services Board invites persons 60 years of age and older to participate in the following Health Promotion/Screening programs to be held at the Rappahannock Senior Nutrition Center:
On Oct. 24 at 1 p.m. there will be a program on Depression by Cheryl Green of the Health Department and on Oct. 31 at 1 p.m. a spokesperson from the Warren Memorial Hospital will present a program on Stress.
