The public is invited to attend the annual meeting of Rappahannock County Conservation Alliance on Sunday, Nov. 3 from 3 to 5:30 p.m. at the Old Sperryville School Auditorium. The main focus of this meeting will be financial pressures and tax considerations facing the county in the coming months.
Because County citizens need to know the facts in order to intelligently discuss and consider solutions, RCCA has invited two of our County officials to help begin this very important public discussion that will shape the future landscape of our county.
The Rappahannock Commissioner of Revenue and County Administrator each play a unique role in shaping, implementing and/or enforcing policy in our county. Beverly Atkins and John McCarthy will present to you their specific and unique roles in this process of solving the funding puzzle. They will each give a short presentation
