On Oct. 26, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. the Salem Volunteer Fire Department will have a Halloween Party at their fire hall on Route 522 with activities including food, prizes, music, games, costume contest, carving and painting pumpkins and also lots of candy. Just down the road near the old Salem School; Jasper is also getting his “haunted woods” and other attractions in order for Halloween and all you “ghost” fans will want to attend.
