Ernest and Ellen Fletcher of Tiger Valley celebrated their 41st wedding anniversary on Oct. 15. They were married by Rev. Smith Williams Timbers at his home in Harris Hollow near Washington on Oct. 15, 1961.
The Fletchers are parents to four children and three stepdaughters. They have one grandchild and two stepgrandchildren. The Fletchers contributed their “41 happy years to the fact that it’s important to get-along, and always be honest and true to each other.”
The community extends best wishes to the Fletchers for many more years of happiness.
