“He had a video camera recording his enjoyment,” said Sheriff Sherertz, explaining the camera was taped to his motorcycle. Both the motorcycle and camera were confiscated.
The sheriff said the tape, which shows Mr. Liclabrecoue zooming all over the road and passing vehicles, was taken into evidence. Charges are pending on the two other persons.
“Almost every weekend we have a wreck up there with a motorcycle,” said the Sheriff.
