Association Red over blue, 2-1 The U-12 boys Red Rooster soccer team defeated the Madison Blue Lightning, 2-1 last Saturday. Clayton Hatcher hit the first goal for the Roosters, assisted by Conner O’heir. The Roosters second goal came on an assist from one brother to another as Michael O’heir passed it to his brother Connor for the score. The Blue Lightning rallied late in the game with a goal, but that was all the Madison team could get off Smith Clifton and Dane Wellemeyer, who took turns at goalkeeper.
