In addressing the only item on its agenda, the Planning Commission gave its approval to a second dwelling on the Bleu Rock inn’s property.
Owner Jo Mariea told the commission that the 2,600square-foot dwelling at the back of the property near the stables would be for her own use and to pursue her interest in painting.
“I want a small house in an area I can call my own,” Mariea said, “where the (Bleu Rock) inn cannot see me and I cannot see the inn.”
