inlay in the wood flooring found in the kitchen. The filled-in area was old wood from.a collapsed bam on the property. That wood was also used as flooring in one of the bathrooms and a beam from the bam is a focal point in the dining entrance:
“We used all local people to do the work on the renovations,” Adolfi said, adding, “when people worked in the house, they kept saying that they just loved working there, loved the feeling of the house.”
For Adolfi, the circumstance provided an opportunity to meet many wonderful craftsmen throughout the county.
Adolfi explained how she acquired the furnishings in the home, which mostly came from friends and family members.
