Birthday greetings go out to Charlie Baldwin who celebrated 76 years on June 8.
Congratulations are also in order to Charlie and Florine Baldwin who celebrated 54 years of marriage on June 7.
Their children, Wayne, Jackie and Bobby Baldwin along with Connie Smoot and Becky Burke join the community in wishing Florine and Charlie many more years together as well as prayers that Charlie gets to feeling better soon.

Born and raised in San Diego, CA, Brome received a bachelors of art degree in art from San Diego State University, served in the Peace Corps in Bolivia, and received a masters degree in teaching from Antioch. She taught art and media studies in Montgomery County, where she also designed and directed a teacher training program in the arts. This program became a national model for arts education.
Brome stopped teaching in 2000 to paint full time, and she has exhibited her work nationwide with over 25 group shows .and 7 one-person exhibitions.
She now lives in a converted school house in Limeton, VA, with her successful potter husband Chuck Brome, where they both maintain working studios.
