From the outside, the small house next to the Shell station looks deceptively ordinary. Passersby would not expect what lies within.
However, Dr. Michael Watts recently opened Clevengers Corner Veterinary Care at the intersection of Routes 211 and 229 in a developing area of northern Culpeper County, on April 1.
Watts is a graduate of the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine. He also holds a degree in animal sciences from the University of Maryland.
