Several months ago Kyra Howell opened a law office on Main Street in Sperryville. The practice has done well, requiring Howell to add an associate attorney, Catherine DuBois Rayder to the office.
Rayder is a licensed attorney in Washington, D.C. and in Virginia. She received her undergraduate degree in marketing from George Mason University where she was awarded the Dr. Tongren Marketing Scholarship.
She went on to earn her law degree from Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., graduating Magna Cum Laude and received the Dean’s Scholarship and the Miriam T. Rooney scholarship.
