wins 21 awards

in four

competitions

Gray Ghost was awarded 21 medals in four competitions in just the past two weeks. Gray Ghost swept three international competitions taking home medals on all 15 wines entered! Six medals were garnered in Virginia’s prestigious Governor’s Cup competition.

The 2005 Pacific Rim International, 2005 International Eastern and the 2005 Tasters Guild International boast over 2,000 entries each from more than 400 wineries throughout the world.

Gray Ghost has medaled every year it has entered these three competitions. In addition, Gray Ghost took home more medals in the Tasters Guild Competition for wines grown and produced in Virginia than any other Virginia winery.

Highlights of the award winners include four medals for the 2004 Adieu (Late Harvest Vidal Blanc), and three medals each for the 2003 Chardonnay, 2003 Reserve Chardonnay and 2004 Vidal Blanc.
