Enticing accommodations
This 100-year-old house, found in Sperryville’s historic district, is nestled on the banks of the Thornton River, within walking distance of considerable local flavor.
Guests can walk across the bridge to Sunnyside Market @ the Schoolhouse for meals or grocery items, or take a stroll down Main Street to visit the small specialty shops or art galleries. There is also gourmet dining found on Main Street, or a stop at Apple Hill Bakeiy for goodies to take back to the house.
Behind the house is a spring house that has been renovated for a quaint sitting area, giving guests an opportunity to sit, listening to the river rippling past.
Guests also are just a short drive away from the Shenandoah National Park as well as wonderful hiking trails.
The entire house is available for use to the guests, which can include up to six at one time.
