•The regular monthly meeting of the Rappahannock Friends and Lovers of Our Watershed (RappFLOW) will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday October 20 at the county library. Agenda includes planning the small subwatershed meetings of land owners in the Upper Thornton River watershed; testing and distributing the questionnaire for citizen interests in watershed issues; and design of the new map-based Rappflow web site. All are welcome and volunteers are needed.
