A female complainant on Fodderstack Road called the Rappahannock County Sheriffs Department to report the violation of a stay away notice.

Howard Jones, 53, of Flint Hill was tinder a stay order authorized by Sheriff Larry Sherertz to keep away from the complainant and the complainant's property.

The complainant reported that Jones was on her property and appeared intoxicated.

Jones was charged by the RCSD with trespassing and failure of recognizance to keep the peace.
