him in a number of outstanding recordings. Richard Wyands started out accompanying Ella Fitzgerald back in 1956 and Carmen McRae, before moving to New York in 1958 and shortly thereafter was playing with Roy Haynes and Charles Mingus. He continues to play with individuals and with his own trios.
Tickets for the concert at the Theatre on October 29 are $20 for adults and $5 for students 18 and under. The concert is already well subscribed and reservations are suggested.
