Loudoun County Government is seeking an innovative an*.' cognized professional to develop, update and maintain Human Resources polic ° and procedures, research best practices and educate staff on workplace policies and practices. Responsibilities include writing employee and supervisory publications, researching and drafting HR policies, coordinating employee orientation programs, participating in staff training programs, conducting employee investigations as needed, coordinating ADA employment accommodation process, and managing HR internet and intranet information. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and requires extensive knowledge and experience working with federal and state laws and regulations, senior level human resources experience, and excellent writing and presentation skills. Must be able to facilitate and 9a*n consensus of diverse groups, manage multiple deadlines and projects, use MS Office applications, and possess a desire to be a part of a fast paced and demanding work environment. Minimum qualifications include any combination of education and experience equivalent to a Master2s degree in human resources, organizational development or related business field and two years of directly related HR experience.
