What more could one have asked for than to have a weekend of beautiful weather?
Hundreds of visitors came to Rappahannock for the 49th Annual House Tbur and Dried Flower Sale. The traditional autumn fundraiser was spearheaded by the Trinity Episcopal Church Women although the work wasn't limited to members of the church. This was a community affair and many contributed their time and talents to make it a success.
The directors of the Scrabble School Preservation Foundation will sponsor the First Annual “Scrabble School Homecoming” to be held at the Mount Lebanon Baptist Church in Scrabble on October 29 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.. Activities will include a picnic at Mount Lebanon with entertainment provided by local music groups. Tours of the old scrabble School building will be conducted. This event will be a fun time with food, music and memories. Donations will be accepted for the food with all other activities free.
