the past three and a half decades, RLEP has had eight other capable and dedicated individuals at its helm, but even to this day Phil has remained heavily involved in the organization’s efforts to protect and preserve our beautiful rural county’s environment (in addition to running his widely acclaimed B&B business, the Caledonia Farm).
