We only have two more weeks left of Daylight Saving time. This means on Sunday, Oct. 30 we have to set our clocks back one hour and we can enjoy that extra hour of sleep.
A reminder for all that flu shots will be given at the Rappahannock County Health Department on Oct. 28 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. for high risk patients. Private pay for flu vaccine is $28 and for pneumonia vaccine is $44. Those attending should bring a Medicare card and adults at high risk should bring their Medicaid card.
