The Rappahannock County Schdol Board is soliciting sealed bids (no faxes) from qualified / licensed contractors to construct a school track at Rappahannock County High School.
The work includes the provision of all supervision, labor and materials to accomplish the site preparation and the construction of all aspects of the school track and appurtenances (jump, throwing areas, etc.) as outlined in specifications prepared by Paul A. Bernard, P.E. Bury+PartnersVirginia, Inc. Project is to commence as soon as possible after a Notice to Proceed which shall be issued upon award, but is to be completed not later than July 15, 2006. ,

These may also be reviewed at the Rappahannock County School Board Office, 6 Schoolhouse Rd., Washington, VA 22747. Drawings and specifications may be obtained electronically by emailing Robert T. All sealed bids (no faxes) must be received at the Rappahannock County School Board Office, 6 Schoolhouse Rd., Washington, VA 22747 on Tuesday, April 18 by 2:00 PM EDT, at which time they will be opened and publicly read. Note: The office will be closed April 14 and 17.
The terms of Competitive Sealed Bidding as set forth in the Virginia Public Procurement Act shall apply. The School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
