“We have so many conservation groups I can’t tell them apart. There’s, what, RLEP, PEC, RappFLOW, RCCA, I don’t know what else. What’s the difference? Why don’t they all just get together?”
Good question. There are six. Since this column is sponsored by the Rappahannock County Conservation Alliance, we begin with RCCA and describe how we’re different from the other five.
