To adopt as part of the Town Code a new “Cross Connection Ordinance” providing standards for connection to the Town of Washington public water system and installation of back flow prevention devices, inspection of certain users and related matters. Immediately following the public hearing the Town will hold its regularly scheduled Town Council meeting. Highlights from the agenda include wastewater and reservoir updates, consideration of the draft comprehensive plan, and a presentation of the 2006-2007 Budget. • On April 23 at 5 p.m. in the Jamieson Room at the Rappahannock County Public Library, the monthly meeting of the Rappahannock County Conservation Alliance will be held. It is open to the public and held the fourth Sunday of each month.
