Kids’ Community Bible Club
A Kids’ Community Bible Club sponsored by Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church, Trinity Episcopal Church and Washington Baptist Church has begun its second year and wants to invite all children in Grades 1-3 to attend. The Kids’ Club meets on Wednesday afternoons from 3:30 p. m. to 5 p. m. at the Washington Baptist Church. This program consists of Bible memorization, games, singing, crafts, refreshments and fun all orchestrated by Rev. Jon Heddleston. Rev. Jennings Hobson, and Rev. Phil Bailey. Easter Breakfast
Forest Grove Church will serve its regular Easter Breakfast at the Forest Grove School. Breakfast will be served from 7:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. The menu will be scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, fried apples , country sausage, gravy, and biscuits. Forest Grove School is located at the junctions of Routes 729 and Forest Grove Rd. Viewtown, Va. All are welcome!
Hymn Sing
Thornton Gap Primitive Baptist resumes their Tuesday night hymn singing on April 4 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Singing is for one hour. Everyone is invited with refreshments and fellowship afterward.
Seder Dinner
Little Fork Chinch will present a Seder dinner in their parish hall on Tuesday, April 11th, at 6:30 pm. Please bring a friend and a dish to pass.
Maundy Thursday Service
Little Fork Church will hold a Maundy Thursday service on April 13 at 7:30 p.m.
Easter Sunrise Service on Red Oak
Woodville Baptist Church will be holding its annual Easter Sunrise Service on Red Oak Mountain. Participating in the service along with Rev. Paul Larrimore will be Ed Taylor of Amissville Baptist Church, John Heddleston of Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church, and Mark Veangeles of Forest Glen Baptist Church. Everyone is invited to attend.
