Rappahannock Friends and Lovers of Our Watershed (RappFLOW) will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the Rappahannock County Library at 6:30 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Agenda will include schedule and orientation for water quality monitoring and streambanks observations in the Rush River subwatersheds. Volunteers are needed. April 22: Community Drum Circle
All are invited to join in creating rhythm and music on Earth Day, Saturday, April 22 from 6 - 7:30 at Sage, in the Rappahannock Wellness Center. It’s fun, easy, and different every time. Group drumming can stimulate coordination, cooperation, greater listening skills, and has been scientifically proven to reduce stress. No experience necessary. All ages welcome. "Womanless Beauty Pageant”
The third annual “Womanless Beauty Pageant” will be on April 22 at 6 p.m. at Rappahannock County Elementary School. To benefit Carolyn’s Live, Laugh, Love Relay for Life Tfeam. Registration $10 talent competition (optional). Admission $5 per person 13 and up, $2 person 12 under and five and under, free. Help support the American Cancer Society for Life.
