In the March 30 article entitled
The Rappahannock News described the Piedmont Environmental Council (PEC) as an opponent of Washington’s plans for discharging into the Rush River. I am concerned that my remarks at the Department of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) hearing were misrepresented.
