Primary duties include processing, reporting and. remitting principal and interest payments to investors, which include Fannie Mae, Ginny Mae, CMBS and participation investors. Duties also include preparing related reconciliations, posting to general ledgers, communicating effectively with investors and co-workers. Experience with Mortgage-Backed Securities or Loan Servicing helpful. Position requires individual that is multi-tasked, very detailed-oriented, has excellent communication skills and can work in a team environment as well as with clients. Proficiency in Excel & Word required.
