This is the last week ot the winter yoga session at Belle Meade Schoolhouse. The spring session will begin Monday April 17 and continue until July 2 (11 weeks) Kit Johnston will be teaching a free class on Monday April 10, 9:3011am. These classes are all levels and designed for the beginner as well as the more experienced yoga practitioner. Please drop in at any time; your first class is free! Classes are Monday, 9:30-llam (Mary, Janice), Wednesday, 6-7:30pm (Mary, Janice) and Friday, 9:30-llam, Mary/Kit. Time to start a new SynergyDance class with Virginie Thursday morning March 16 from 9:15 am to 10: 45am. Switzerland was wonderful and they loved SynergyDance!
