Harris was transported to tht Rappahannock Regional Jail ir Stafford County on Nov. 19. He spenl one night in the regional jail before being released on $25,000 bond or Nov. 20, according to a jail spokesperson.
If convicted of the felony, Harris could face up to five years in prisor and a fine of up to $2,500, Smith said
