The Rappahannock County Garden Club is offering “basic flower arranging” classes on Wednesdays for several weeks, starting January 24. Classes will be taught by Linda Taylor and held in Trinity Episcopal Church’s Parish Hall at 11a.m. Anyone interested in attending should call Susan Jones at 675-3152 to register. Fee is $40 for the series.

Congratulations go out to Greg Flournoy,' an 8th grader at Rappahannock County High School, who won the 2007 Virginia Challenge Middle School State Wrestling Championship, held at Hampton University on Jan. 6-7. Greg is the son of Debbie and Bobby of Harris Hollow, Washington. Way to go Greg!
