Serviceman
Harrison J. Goolsby of Washington, died January 11, at his residence. He was a retired first class serviceman with Dominion Power. He served in the U.S. Army in WWI1 and was a member of the Rappahannock Lions Club. He vyas bom on December 19, 1923 to the late Harrison Clay and Evelyn Goolsby.
Mr. Goolsby was preceded in death by his wife Wynona E. Goolsby.
He is survived by three daughters, Charleen Hitt of Warrenton, Faye Smith of Culpeper, Robin Jefferies of The Plains, Va., and four sons, Richard Goolsby of Manassas, Harrison J. Goolsby, Jr. of Georgia, Danny Goolsby of Rixeyville, and Bradley Goolsby of Bealeton.
Additional survivors include sisters, Dixie Cunningham and Hilda Hawes both of Stafford, VA, Patricia Thomas of Alexandria, a brother, Doug Goolsby of Shipman, VA, 16 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
