Pursuant to Section 15 1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 7:30 pm In the Courthouse building. Washington. Virginia on Wednesday. October 20. 1982. at which time the Planning Commission will consider the following proposed amendments to the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973
(1) Robert L Bowers has applied for a text amendment to Article Two of the Ordinance to provide for a shooting range in an Agricultural Zone with a Special Use Permit
(2) The Trustees of the Promised Land Baptist Church have applied for a text amendment to Article Two of the Ordinance to allow churches in an Agricultural Zone as a use permitted by right
