Pursuant to the provisions of a deed of trust executed by Steve Tolias to James W. Fletcher and James W Fletcher, III, Trustees, dated September 6, 1979 and recorded September 14, 1979, in the Clerk s Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 133, at page 168, to secure the payment of a debt therein desscribed, default having been made in said Deed of Trust by virtue of a violation of the conditions imposed therein authorizing the holder of the note to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, the undersigned, James W. Fletcher and James W Fletcher, III. Trustees, having been requested to act by the holder of the said obligation, will offer for sale at public auction, to the highest bidder or bidders, at the front door of the Court House in Washington, Virginia, on Saturday, November 6, 1982 at 10:00 A.M. (EST), the following property, towit:

This lot contains 28.81 acres."
