Berryville had their dogs tattooed at a Blue Ridge clinic two years ago. Last year, they lost one of their valuable Norwich Terriers. The person who found the dog saw the tattoo and reported it to the National Dog Registry. Within hours, the little dog was reunited with the Richardsons.
