PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Section 16-2-3(1) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held in the Courthouse building, Washington, Virginia, at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 5, 1982 at which time the Board of Zoning Appeals will con sider the following ap plications:
(1) SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 91: The Board will review the ap plication of Community Trash Removal, Inc. and Clifton and June Clark for a special use permit to operate a sanitary landfill on the east side of State Route 621 north of Woodville in Stonewall Magisterial District which permit was granted on February 10, 1977.
