Mrs. Grace Parr Curtis, 78, of Rixeyville died Friday, October 15. 1982, at Culpeper Memorial Hospital.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday at Clore Funeral Home by the Rev. Marvin Cook. Burial was at Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Jeffersonton.
A native of Fauquier County Mrs. Curtis was the daughter of the late James William and Emily Russell Parr. She was a retired postmaster of Rixeyville and a member of Culpeper United Methodist Church. Her husband was the late Thomas Francis Curtis Jr.
Survivors include four daughters. Mrs. Peggy Bowen of Amissville; Mrs. Barbara R. Mountjoy of Warrenton, Mrs. Diane C. Lohr of Rixeyville and Mrs. Donna C. Smith of Culpeper; one son. Frank L Rosenberger of Remington; 12 grandchildren and ten greatgrandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Wilmer Allison of Arlington and Miss Gwendolyn Parr of Catawba
