Chandler of Flint Hill, Virginia, has applied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 2-12(15) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to operate a school for practical instruction in ar chitecture, design, drafting and construction on "Sunny Slope Farms" Tract "B" containing 63.61 acres on U. S. Route 522 north of Flint Hill, Virginia.
(3) SPECIAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO. 187: Harry I. Clarkson of Castleton, Virginia has ap plied for a special use permit in accordance with Section 2-12(14) of the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance, 1973, to operate a tourist house for paying guests on Boyers Mountain Hill Farm on State Route 616 near Castleton.
Due to a defect in the adequacy of the notice of the public hearing held by the Board of Zoning Appeals on October 8, 1982, the Board will reopen the following special use application for additional public comments, if any:
